Welcome to Level 1 Bungee, your essential first step into the world of Bungee Fitness! In this 45-minute beginner friendly class, you’ll learn the fundamental movements and safety techniques necessary for your bungee journey. Our expert instructors will provide step by step guidance on how to get yourself into the harness, getting you comfortably set up, and learning all of the basic bungee movements. This class is a prerequisite for our next level, ensuring you’re fully prepared to elevate your bungee experience. This class is designed for learning but come prepared to sweat! You may take this class as many times as you would like.

Welcome to Level 2 Bungee, our exhilarating next level bungee class! In this 45-minute class, you’ll experience high energy cardio routines and a few routines with weights, delivering an intense yet low impact workout. Our Level 2 Bungee classes will challenge your strength and endurance while keeping your heart rate up. Get ready to sweat, burn calories and have fun as you push your limits and take your bungee fitness to new heights!
