Our Rebound class is a 45 minute, high cardio and full body workout while on a mini trampoline. We also add in weights to some of the class for toning and sculpting. This class is for all levels and a beginner class is not offered or required.

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at our studio.
