SWEAT SAUNA

IMG_9478.heic

How It’s Different from Heated Classes + Traditional Saunas

• Infrared vs. Room Heat

Our infrared sauna uses light to heat the body directly, while heated dome classes and traditional saunas heat the air around you. This means you’ll sweat more deeply at lower temps.

• Lower Temp, Deeper Benefits

The sauna ranges from 110–150°F but still delivers a powerful detox. Traditional saunas can reach up to 190°F, and our heated classes usually stay around 90–100°F.

• No Workout, Just Recovery

Heated classes are for movement and intensity. The infrared sauna is for recovery, rest, and reset—no exercise required.

• Chromotherapy Included

Our sauna includes color light therapy to enhance mood, energy, and relaxation.

Each color targets a different mood or body system—clients can choose calming, energizing, or mood-balancing light.
