Step into the heat at Sweat Club for an energizing Hot Yoga class designed to strengthen, stretch, and detoxify your body from the inside out. The room is heated to a perfect temperature to enhance flexibility and elevate your practice, allowing you to flow deeper into each stretch and postural hold. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newcomer, our dynamic flow will challenge your body, promote circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. The heat encourages a deeper release of tension and helps flush out toxins as you move through a series of mindful movements and powerful stretches.

 

*A non-slip, full size yoga mat towel is REQUIRED for this class. We have these for sale and rent at the studio, or you may bring your own. We highly recommend having an extra sweat towel for this class as well. You can either practice barefoot or with grip socks, which we also sell at the studio, or feel free to bring your own.

HOT BODY
HEAT. SCULPT. TONE.

Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and reshape your body in this high-intensity class that blends the best of Mat Pilates, and strength training. Set in a heated room to maximize your sweat and flexibility, Hot Body will challenge you with targeted movements designed to tone and define every muscle.

HOT BELLS

Hot Bells is our new signature heated kettlebell class set in our Sweat Dome and powered by heat. This 45-minute format delivers a total body burn using kettlebells for strength, control, stability and core activation.

Expect slow, intentional reps with high-volume sets to challenge your endurance and leave you dripping. This class is low-impact but high intensity..no jumping, just power.
