Can I get a refund?
All sales are final.
Are there any restrictions for your classes?
- You may not participate in our heated classes if you are pregnant.
- You may not participate if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- You may not participate if you have had any recent surgery or have a current injury.
*If you have any health concerns, we recommend you consult your doctor before booking a class.*
How long are your classes?
All of our classes are 50 minutes long.
Can I cancel my reoccurring class package that I purchased before the commitment is up?
Once you have reached the 3-month commitment, reoccurring packages automatically renew each month. Please email us at least 24 hours before your renewal date in order to cancel.

Can I cancel a class I have scheduled?
You may cancel your class up to 3 hours before your scheduled class time starts.
*If you do not cancel 3 hours before class, you will be charged a LATE CANCELATION FEE of $10 and the loss of a class credit. If you no show a class, you will be charged a NO SHOW FEE of $15 plus the loss of a class credit.

Are there any arrival directions?
If this is your first class, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early.
Can I come late to class?
Please be on time for your scheduled class, this allows our instructors to start class on time without any disruptions. Please note, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will miss your class and will not be refunded.

What is Sweat Club's phone and recording policy?
To keep classes focused and distraction free, please silence your phones. No calls or texts during class. Short clips are allowed if no one else is in the video. Filming the entire class is not permitted.

What should I bring to a Heated Class?
A non-slip mat sized TOWEL and water are required for all Hot classes. You may bring your own towel, or we sell and rent them at the studio.
Why would a class get canceled?
It takes 3 people to make a class, if there are not 3 people registered 3 hours before the class starts, we will make a decision to cancel the class.
Do we provide childcare?
At this time, we currently do not have childcare, and children are not allowed in the studio.
Do we have lockers for personal belongings?
No, we do not have lockers. Our studio is open concept, and you will be able to keep your belongings within the studio room.
